We offer various shipping methods to best suit your needs, which entirely depends upon your shipping location.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Typically, products are delivered within 3-4 working days from the date of shipment.
- Maximum Delivery Time (Domestic): Please allow up to 2 weeks for domestic shipments.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on business days and exclude weekends and public holidays. Actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such instances include:
- Delivery location – Remote locations take longer.
- Unfavorable weather conditions
- Any act of God that forbids delivery
- Any other unforeseen circumstance
- Any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package is their responsibility. Next Compunet will attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, won’t and can’t be held liable for such after we’ve dispatched the item from our end.

- Currently, Next Compunet only offers shipping services exclusively within India. We do not facilitate international shipping.

- Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number.
- You can monitor the real-time status of your delivery by utilizing the provided tracking number on the respective carrier's website.
5. Accurate Shipping Information
- It is crucial that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout to prevent delivery delays or the return of your package.
- Next Compunet shall not be held liable for any delays, loss, or mis delivery of packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Any costs incurred due to such errors (e.g.re-shipping fees and restocking fees) will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Shipping Damage or Loss
- In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately upon discovery, and no later than 48 hours after expected delivery.
- Please retain all original packaging and damaged items as they may be required for inspection by the shipping carrier.
- We will diligently work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, subject to the carrier's and our internal policies.
