1. Dead on Arrival (DOA) – Faulty Product
If the product you receive is not working on arrival (DOA), you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
To report the issue, please email us at support@nextcompunet.com with your order details.
Alternatively, you may directly visit or contact the nearest Authorized Brand Service Centre for repair or replacement as per the brand’s warranty and policy terms.
The resolution (repair/replacement) will strictly follow the brand’s official DOA and warranty guidelines.
2. Damaged Product on Delivery
If the product is delivered in a damaged condition, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
To process your replacement or claim, the following proofs are mandatory:
A video recording of the unboxing (must begin before the package is opened and continue until the laptop is fully unboxed).
Photographs showing:
All sides of the outer box.
The inner packaging material.
The damaged product clearly highlighting the issue.
The shipping label with tracking details visible.
Return requests without proper proof or raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.
Important Notes
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return/replacement under this policy.
All claims are subject to verification and approval in line with the respective brand’s warranty, service, and DOA terms.
Products found tampered, mishandled, or physically damaged due to customer negligence will not qualify for return/replacement.
Refunds are not applicable under this policy unless explicitly offered by the brand.

Refund Policy
At Next Compunet, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. Since laptops and IT products fall under brand warranty and service policies, refunds are only applicable in specific cases, as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be processed only if:
The product delivered is Dead on Arrival (DOA) and cannot be repaired or replaced under the brand’s official DOA/warranty policy.
The product is delivered in a damaged condition and a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.
An incorrect product is delivered and a suitable replacement cannot be arranged.
The order is cancelled by Next Compunet before dispatch due to unavoidable reasons (such as stock unavailability).
2. Refund Not Applicable If:
The return/replacement request is raised after the allowed window (24 hours).
The product is custom-made (On-Demand) or arranged Back-to-Back for the customer.
The product is no longer required or was purchased by mistake.
The product seal is broken, but no technical issue is found.
The product is found used, mishandled, or physically damaged by the customer.
The product is part of a combo/set and cannot be returned individually.
3. Refund Timeline:
Once your claim is verified and approved, the refund will be initiated within 9–10 working days.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway policies.
4. Important Notes
All refund requests are subject to verification and approval in line with the respective brand’s warranty and DOA terms..
In cases where repair or replacement is possible under the brand’s warranty policy, a refund will not be issued.
Refunds are strictly at the discretion of Next Compunet and the respective brand/manufacturer.
